Yes, I have been forum mod in several forums related to anime, web graphics, etc.

I can help clean up the forum, close topics, move topics that are in the wrong places, and help change the forum appearance-wise, when it needs a new look. Also, I'm on the forums very often so I could really maintain it well.
4. How will you make the forums more interesting?
Post more topics, maybe in the off-topic section so there'll be more conversation. Also, changing the way the forum looks once in a while can be interesting for the users.

I'm just okay. I'd like the be a forum mod, but I'll live if I wasn't one.
