Do you mean a "moderator"?
I'm not really sure if you're applying to be a forum moderator or a game master because you suggest things implying to the game itself instead of things beneficial to the forum. Either way, there are application formats posted and stickied, so please follow the format and re-apply.
Also, we have way too many game masters and enough forum moderators as of now, but it does not mean you cannot re-apply. Good luck!
